What is Included with a Spirit Membership?

DPC membership value lies in the variety of services that are included in your monthly membership fee at no additional cost whenever you need them.

Well Child Visits

Traditional well visits with all developmental monitoring and hearing and vision screening for children 3 and up.

Minor Procedures

and Labs

A variety of minor procedures are included including basic first aid and injury care, suture removal, cerumen flush, wart cryotherapy and others.

Problem Focused Visits

Sick visits, mental health visits, ADHD management and the like are all included and unlimited.

Sport Physicals

If your child requires a sport physical at a different time of year from their well child, that is included.

Telehealth Visits

Sometimes virtual visits are more convenient. These are included and can even happen on the weekends.

Coaching

Parenting coaching, Weight management and nutritional coaching as well as lactation coaching are all included
